Aly's Beauty Essentials' was created by owner, Alyssa Castro, to help her clients look and feel their absolute best.
Alyssa, also known as Aly by her family and friends, found her passion in the beauty industry at just 12 years old when she decided to get into runway modeling. Soon after, she started noticing a big difference in her level of confidence and a boost in her social life which had such a positive impact on her childhood. That was when she knew that she wanted to do everything that she could to help other girls feel the same way that she did, and that is still her biggest motivation today.
Alyssa strongly believes that by helping her clients feel beautiful in their own skin, they can help by spreading self confidence and body positivity to others.

Journey into the Beauty Industry
MAKEUP ARTISTRY
Alyssa began her career in the beauty industry in 2016 when she started classes at Avenue Five Institute for Makeup Artistry. She learned everything from Natural and Bridal makeup to Runway and Avant Garde style makeup. But as much as she loved being a makeup artist, she knew she was meant to do more.
Aesthetics
Shortly after receiving her Makeup Artist certificate, she started looking into the best skin care products for herself, but instead she found herself researching every kind of skin type, condition and treatment. Which is what led her to go back to school and become an Aesthetician, where she found her true passion for skin care.

Medical Aesthetics
In 2018, Alyssa began to further her education at Texas Laser & Aesthetics Training Academy, where she received certifications for Laser Hair Removal, Microneedling, HydraFacial, Dermaplaning and CoolSculpting.
Since then Alyssa has been blessed with a beautiful son, but is still working to continue her education so that she can one day fulfill her dream of opening a beauty and wellness spa of her own.
